Subscription Rules & Refund Policy

DigiSol Playbooks provides immediate access to digital educational content. We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of purchase. The only way to end a subscription early is by requesting a refund within the 7-day period.

1 7-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date
  • Applies to all subscription types and playbook purchases
  • After feedback, we process legitimate refund requests promptly
  • Customers are eligible for a refund in the event of a duplicate order resulting from system or payment processing errors

Refunds Will Not Be Granted:

  • After the 7-day period has expired
  • For subscriptions that have already been expired
  • If there is evidence of abuse or fraudulent activity
  • Once a child is added to play a playbook, the transaction becomes non-refundable
  • Customers will no longer be eligible for refund if a Free package or Free playbook is subscribed in the history of a user

2 How Subscriptions End

Subscriptions at DigiSol Playbooks have a predetermined expiry date. A subscription can only end in two ways:

1 Automatic Expiry

Your subscription will automatically expire on the designated expiry date. After this date, playbooks will lock and you will lose access until renewal.

2 Refund Within 7 Days

The only way to end your subscription early is by requesting a refund within 7 days of purchase. Upon refund approval, your subscription will be terminated and access will be removed.

3 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 7-day period, you must contact us directly. Follow these steps:

Find Your Order ID

Log in to your DigiSol Playbooks account and navigate to the Dashboard → Order History page. Locate your subscription purchase and note down the Order ID.

Contact Us Directly

Visit our Contact Us page to submit your refund request. Make sure to include "Refund Request" as the subject of your inquiry. Mention your OrderID and registered email address in the message. You can also provide a brief reason for your refund request.

Provide Required Information

In your refund request sent through ContactUs page, you must include the following information:

  • Order ID (found in your Order History page on the dashboard)
  • Registered email address used for your subscription
  • Reason for refund (add your honest opinions and reviews)

Important:

Make sure the email address you provide matches the one used during subscription registration. Requests with mismatched information may be delayed.

Await Confirmation

Our support team will process your request.

Request Review: 1–2 working days

Refund Processing: 3–5 working days after approval

Bank Processing: 5–10 working days, depending on your bank and payment method

4 Subscription Activation

Once your payment is confirmed, your playbooks subscription is activated immediately. In rare cases of technical delays, activation may take up to 3–5 working days. Our support team will ensure that it is restored promptly.

5 Subscription Expiry & Playbook Access

Your subscription is active until its specified expiry date. After expiry:

  • The playbooks will be automatically lock and access will be disabled
  • Renewal is required to regain access to the playbooks
  • Expired subscriptions cannot be reversed without a new payment

This policy is subject to change. Continued use of DigiSol Playbooks indicates acceptance of the latest version.
